There’s something magnetic and inspirational about watching someone do what they love. Chris Sabatino, ceramic artist and founder of Clayclops Ceramics, brings that energy into every piece he makes—focused, and completely in his element.
In one of our latest projects at My Legacy Captured, we had the privilege of stepping inside of this ceramic artist’s world whose hands move with intention, whose edges are clean and sharp—but whose imagination is whimsical, yet grounded. His work dances between precision and play, where anime-inspired forms come to life through disciplined artistry, reflecting who he is through his unique art. It's joyful. It's skilled. It’s pure flow.
Flow—that elusive feeling where time disappears and everything else falls away. You’re just there, fully. It’s rare. It’s sacred. Watching him throw, carve, glaze, and shape with such calm presence reminded me of what it feels like to be aligned with oneself. To create for the sake of creating.

Capturing Chris’ legacy wasn’t just about the art he creates, but about who he becomes while creating it. His willingness to let us in—not just into his studio, but into the quiet, sacred rhythm of his process—was a gift.
At My Legacy Captured, we’re always honored to hold space for stories like these—stories that reflect what it means to live with purpose and presence. His story serves as a reminder to create, to share, to slow down and lean into the things that bring peace into our lives.
