Legacy Films in 2026

On Google recently, I’ve seen other people creating similar businesses to My Legacy Captured. I’ve also had a couple colleagues tell me that they’re getting into this niche business.

A few things people should know about My Legacy Captured:

Not to toot our own horn, but the other legacy films I’ve seen recently are kinda mid and hard to watch. Very formulaic, and just feel like a bunch of clips grouped together.

From start to finish, My Legacy Captured makes up to a feature-length documentary. 45 minutes to over an hour. Depending on the story and the length of our initial interview, found footage, old photos, memorabilia, other locations, BROLL, the length can vary.

Most important thing to take away here: In 2026, if you’re looking for a legit, heartfelt, professionally done legacy film, you’d be unwise to go anywhere else. My Legacy Captured will capture the person’s essence and be intended on watching over and over. For generation and generations. Not something you painfully sit through one time.
