Walt Disney once said, “Disneyland will never be completed….” and he was right. Many things have changed over the years, but the one thing that has remained unchanged is Frontierland’s Golden Horseshoe Saloon.

At one point in time, the Golden Horseshoe at Disneyland held the longest running live stage show in history. That show was called the Golden Horseshoe Revue. Randy Lewis wrote in the LA Times, "A beloved, long-running musical revue at Disneyland's Frontierland, opening on July 17, 1955, and running until October 12, 1986. It held the Guinness World Record for the most performances of a theatrical presentation, featuring corny jokes, song-and-dance numbers, and stars like Wally Boag and Betty Taylor."
If you were lucky enough to see this experience in person, this trailer will send you right back in time.
Our most recent client, Judi Carlson talks to us about how she went from being a singing waitress—to the star, Slue-Foot-Sue. Judi went far beyond singing at Disneyland, but this is where she got her start. Some people are born with talent, but not everyone is born with the talent to sing and entertain and hit the right notes. She did it with ease during her time at Disneyland.
We are currently in post production with this project, and you can watch the trailer in the link below.
